Hire
Conditions
All drivers/hirers must:

Have held a full current driving licence for at least two years;

Must be between the ages of 21-75 years;

Groups 1, 6 & 7 - driver must be over 25 years; and have held a full
driving licence since 01.01.97
INSURANCE
All
vehicles are insured against accident & passenger liability with the National
Insurance & Guarantee Corporation.
LOSS
OR DAMAGE
The Hirer is responsible for the excess under the Insurance Policy for any claim of damage to the vehicle.

Under
no circumstances does the Company accept responsibility for loss or damage
to goods carried howsoever caused. In most circumstances goods in transit
are covered by your household policy, please check with your insurers.
EXTENSION
OF HIRE
Should
the driver/hirer wish to extend the hire period beyond the agreed period
it is important that the Company is informed and an additional charge paid.
Failure to do so will mean that the driver is using the vehicle without
the owner's consent and driving without insurance.
OVERDUE
CHARGES
A
full day's hire rate may be charged for overdue hires.
AVAILABILITY
OF VEHICLES
The
Company will do their utmost to supply the vehicle originally booked. However,
it may be necessary to supply a substitute vehicle for reasons beyond their
control.
FUEL
Hirers
are responsible for supplying their own fuel. No refunds will be given for fuel
under any circumstances.
DEPOSITS
There is no deposit on bookings, however debit/credit card information may be requested at the time of booking.
