- What documents do I need?
- To hire any of our vehicles you will need to bring a valid Driver's Licence and some form of identification, e.g. passport.
- Do I need a special licence to drive the larger vehicles?
- You do not need a special licence to drive our larger Ford Iveco Box van. However, you must be over the age of 25 and have held a full Driver's Licence since 1 January 1997. If you are over 25 but received your licence after 1 January 1997, your licence must show Category C - Vehicles between 3500kg and 7500kg.
- Can I rent a vehicle from you but leave it elsewhere for collection?
- Unfortunately we are unable at present to offer a collection service on any of our vehicles. Vehicle must be returned to the Depot on the last day of hire. Should the driver/hirer wish to extend the hire beyond the agreed period it is important that the Company is informed and an additional charge paid. Failure to do so will mean that the driver is using the vehicle without the owner's consent and driving without insurance, as per the Extension of Hire section of our terms and conditions.
- Can I take the vehicle abroad?
- Yes, with prior consent. Our staff will be happy to provide details of the breakdown cover and insurance services that we can offer for an additional charge for customers wishing to take vehicles abroad.
- What happens if I break down?

For peace of mind,
in the unlikely event that you should be faced with a breakdown, all of our vehicles are covered by the RAC Breakdown Recovery Service.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
- We accept payment in cash and personal cheque accompanied by a cheque guarantee card. We also accept all major credit, debit and charge cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Switch, Electron, Solo and JCB.
